What type artwork do I send?
Artwork should be black and white only, with no colors, half tones or shading. Images should be vector line art (outlined) and text converted to outline. We will type set text with logo for engraving as necessary.
Artwork requiring additional preparation will involve a fee.

How much does engraving cost?
Our prices include engraving. Any line changes or personalization may have an added line change fee.

Is there a charge for artwork?
Every job has a set up involved for sandblast engraving. All jobs will have a US$25.00 set up fee if there is a logo involved. For type set text only, the charge is US$10.00. Art clean up and scanned art may have an added cost of US$45.00 per hour based on time involved. All orders over US$250.00 will have set up fees waived for emailed art.

What is sandblast engraving?
This is the most preferred method for engraving glass, crystal and marble. It engraves a beautiful white satin etched color that is actually cut into the piece. All our engraving is considered to be a "deep etch".

How much can I engrave ?
We allow the maximum engraving area to be filled with whatever you need for each job. Keep in mind that too much wording or text crammed in may take away from the elegance of the engraving on the piece. We try to fit engraving to each piece to bring out a "Classy" finished product. We must keep text size and line thickness at our recommended parameters to maintain our quality standards.

What is normal production time an order?
Upon approval of artwork normal production is 2 to 5 days depending on quantity. Larger quantities (100+) may have a slightly longer production time depending on order volume at that time. We do offer rush service on request. There may be an added charge for this service. We always try to accommodate all requests within reasonable time frames for production and delivery.

How do you ship?
UPS Ground is our preferred method. We also offer expedited UPS or Fed Ex next day, second day and other priority services. We pack our products very carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. For large bulky and heavy orders we may recommend a trucking company or carrier to save on shipping costs if delivery time permits.

Looking for a special design or custom made product? We work very close with numerous manufacturers and can make any size, shape or design. Call our customer service department and we will help design or find something special to fit your budget. Don't be afraid to ask, we may have just what you were looking for but is not shown on our site; we will custom make it!

Do you have a catalogue?
We do have catalogues available upon request. We are constantly upgrading our selection and variety and may not always show all items in a catalogue format.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you are doing a large volume we offer special prices and extras that can make the final cost much more cost effective. This is done on a per job basis and quoted directly through our company. Ask about our corporate program for our extended discount plan.
